Booking Terms

Request and confirmation

The form allows you to send a ride request. It does not constitute automatic confirmation. TaxisBXL contacts the customer to check availability, location, time, vehicle required and, where applicable, the price of the ride. The ride is only confirmed after explicit agreement from TaxisBXL.

Services

TaxisBXL offers city rides, transfers to stations and airports, private trips, transport for events and, subject to availability, chauffeur services. Services may be offered in Brussels, Belgium and internationally.

Hours and vehicle

The service is offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to availability. The type of vehicle is assigned based on the number of passengers, luggage and availability; a request for a sedan, premium vehicle or van does not on its own guarantee its availability.

Price and payment

The price, any surcharges, the payment method and specific conditions are communicated or confirmed before the ride where possible. No payment is requested via the site's form in its current version.

Cancellation and changes

The customer must notify TaxisBXL as soon as possible of any change or cancellation. Cancellation rules and any applicable fees will be specified when the booking is confirmed.

Conduct and safety

The customer must provide accurate information and respect the driver and on-board safety rules. TaxisBXL may refuse or interrupt a ride when the safety of people or the vehicle is compromised, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Complaints

Any complaint should be sent as soon as possible to contact@taxisbxl.be, indicating the relevant information about the ride.
